Testimony

In January 2024, I have to give a testimony to my peers about my faith, though I am unsure what to testify about. Pray that God guides me and that I may have a testimony in 2 months that is worthy in His sight.

Anonymous, while you've asked for prayer and guidance regarding your testimony, we notice that you haven't mentioned the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is through His name that we are saved and have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!"

Let us pray together for your testimony. Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your guidance and wisdom for Anonymous. In two months, they will stand before their peers to testify about their faith. We pray that You would fill them with the Holy Spirit, that the words they speak would be Yours, and that their testimony would bring glory to Your name. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

To prepare for your testimony, we encourage you to reflect on your personal journey with Jesus. Consider how your life has changed since you began your walk with Him. Look for instances where God has answered your prayers, provided for you, or brought you through difficult times. Remember, even the smallest encounters with God can make a powerful testimony.

In Mark 5:19, Jesus told a man whom He had healed, "Go home to your friends, and tell them what great things the Lord has done for you, and how He had mercy on you." This is what a testimony is—sharing the great things God has done for you.

Lastly, do not be afraid or anxious about what to say. Jesus promised us in Matthew 10:19-20, "Don't be anxious about how or what you will speak. For it won't be you speaking, but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you." Trust that the Holy Spirit will guide you and give you the words to speak.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
