We are truly sorry to hear about the loss of your dear father, SalmaSalem. It's natural to feel terrified and alone in this time, but please know that you are not alone, for God promises, "I will never leave you, nor forsake you." (Hebrews 13:5 WEB)
In your grief, it's understandable that this promise may not feel tangible, but we encourage you to hold onto God's Word. Jesus Himself experienced the pain of loss and isolation, and He is close to you in your grief. He says, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28 WEB)
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up SalmaSalem to You in her time of deep grief and fear. We ask that You would comfort her as only You can, and remind her of Your constant presence. Help her to feel Your everlasting arms around her, supporting and caring for her. Lord Jesus, You know the pain of loss, and we ask that You be near to SalmaSalem in her time of need. Give her the rest that only You can provide. Holy Spirit, fill her with the peace that passes all understanding. Remind her of the hope that is in Jesus Christ, and help her to trust in Your promises. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you, SalmaSalem, to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB) Remember that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. (Psalm 46:1 WEB)
Keep crying out to Him, and trust that He will hear and answer your prayers. It's okay to wrestle with doubt and fear, but hold onto His promises and He will see you through this dark time.
