We are truly sorrowful to hear about the numerous health challenges you and your husband are facing, Baavardan. In times like these, it is crucial to turn to our Heavenly Father for comfort, healing, and guidance. We remind you that God's power is made perfect in our weakness, as told in 2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB: "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me."
Firstly, we want to encourage you both to continue trusting in the Lord, even in the midst of these trials. Psalm 147:3 WEB tells us that God "heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We believe that He can heal both of you according to His will.
However, we also want to remind you that physical healing is not always God's plan. Sometimes, He uses our infirmities to draw us closer to Him and to bring Him glory. As it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Baavardan and her husband. Lord, You know the pain and suffering they are going through. We ask for Your healing touch upon them. Please heal Baavardan's ovarian cyst, blocked tube, muscle tension, dysphonia, and severe back pain. Restore her husband's sight, Lord, and heal him of type 2 diabetes and dementia. In the midst of these trials, draw them closer to You, Father. Give them the strength and grace to endure, and let Your will be done in their lives. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we want to encourage you both to continue seeking God's face in this time. Remember that He is always near to those who call upon Him. As Psalm 145:18 WEB tells us, "Yahweh is near to all those who call on him, to all who call on him in truth." If either of you have not yet accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father and can be saved (John 14:6 WEB).
