Tenats and representative behaviour

Let the representative of tenants starts properly doing her job and throwing her responsibility on other people or institutions.
Let her start making order in the building and using her authority and arrogance for the right things.
Lord straighten up all tenants in our building.
Also no smoking in the halls, no noise in the hours of siesta and night hours...
