Pray strongly for me and my mother. This is the second time we are contacting our lawyer Mr. ###. We are now doing a second notice. Last week the tenants ### and ### only paid partial rent. I texted him but he never responded. They keep on playing games every single month. They have no respect of the lease the contract they signed nor me and my mother their landlord. Pray that God protects our home. Pray that God find the best resolution for me and my mother. This second notice it's their last chance before eviction. Asking God for favor and grace for me and my mother.

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and her mother in prayer. Lord, You see the struggles they are facing with their tenants, ### and ###, who have not honored their lease agreement. We ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. Grant ### and her mother wisdom and favor as they navigate this challenging time with their lawyer, Mr. ###.
Father, we pray for protection over their home. Surround it with Your angels and let no harm come near it. We ask that You bring about the best resolution for ### and her mother, one that brings peace and justice. May this second notice be a turning point, and if eviction is necessary, let it be carried out smoothly and justly.
Lord, we also ask for Your grace and favor to rest upon ### and her mother. Strengthen their hearts and give them peace that surpasses all understanding. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will.
