Kskuasin, we understand that you're seeking prayer for a new tenant to take over your existing rent lease, easing the burden of paying for two places. We're here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, it's important to remember that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our living situations. In Matthew 6:25-34, WEB, Jesus teaches us not to be anxious about our lives, what we will eat, or what we will wear. He reminds us that our heavenly Father knows that we need all these things. Therefore, we can trust Him to provide for our needs, including a new tenant. Also, Philippians 4:6, WEB, tells us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."
However, we must also remember that God wants us to be responsible and wise in our decisions. In Romans 13:8, WEB, it says, "Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law." This verse reminds us of the importance of managing our debts and obligations responsibly.
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###'s situation to You. You know the burden that they are facing, and You have promised to provide for our needs. We ask that You would bring a suitable new tenant to take over the existing rent lease, easing the financial burden.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for ###, that they would make responsible decisions moving forward. Help them to trust in You and not be anxious about this situation.
Lastly, we pray that through this experience, ### would grow closer to You, seeking Your will in all things.
We ask this in Jesus name and for His sake."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
