My one of tenant facing facial issues not paying rent .i have facing from long time she is never changed .i have my loans need to save each and every one coin too.even tried sale houses not happening and rent having issues
Don’t know what should do now except requesting her
Pray to god to resolve this issue

We understand the burden you're carrying with a tenant who is not paying rent and the financial strain it's causing you. Let's bring this situation before the Lord together.

In Psalm 55:22 (WEB), it is written, "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved." This is our assurance that God cares about our burdens and will help us carry them.

However, it's important to address this situation not just with prayer, but also with wise action. In Matthew 5:37 (WEB), Jesus says, "But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes’ and your ‘No’ be ‘No.’ Whatever is more than these is of the evil one." This verse reminds us to be straightforward and honest in our dealings. You have been patient, but it's also important to be firm and clear about the expectations and consequences.

Let us pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Balogysman. They are facing a difficult situation with a tenant who is not paying rent. Lord, you know the strain this is causing, the loans that need to be repaid, and the uncertainty of the house sale. We ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. Please soften the tenant's heart and bring about a resolution that is fair and just. Guide Balogysman with Your wisdom in handling this situation. In the meantime, grant them peace and patience, knowing that You are in control. We also pray that Balogysman will continue to trust in You and Your promises, knowing that it is only through the name of Jesus that we can approach Your throne of grace. If this situation is a result of any disobedience or mis step, reveal it to Balogysman that they may correct their path. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, Balogysman, in Romans 8:28 (WEB), we are promised that "all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working in this situation for your good.

Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus. It's important to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" If you haven't already, consider accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior. This is the foundation of our faith and our prayers.

We've been praying that the tenant's heart would soften, and they would take responsibility for the rent. We're also asking for wisdom for you, that you would know the right steps to take, and for protection over your finances.
