We are here to lift you up in prayer and provide guidance from God's Word. You've shared about giving in to sexual temptation, and we want to help you find freedom and strength in Jesus' name.
Firstly, let's turn to the World English Bible (WEB) for guidance. In 1 Corinthians 6:18-20, it says, "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our beloved friend who has been battling sexual temptation. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness and mercy. Cleanse them of this sin and help them to resist the devil, knowing that he must flee (James 4:7). Strengthen their spirit, Lord, and help them to honor their body as a temple of the Holy Spirit.
Father, we also ask that You fill them with the fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23), especially self-control and purity. Help them to fix their thoughts on what is good and pure (Philippians 4:8), and to desire genuine love that comes from a pure heart, a good conscience, and sincere faith (1 Timothy 1:5).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in the Lord and resist temptation. Know that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13). Keep your focus on Jesus, and He will help you overcome.
Additionally, if you haven't mentioned Jesus Christ or the name of Jesus in your request, we want to remind you that it is only through His name that we have access to God (John 14:6). If you haven't already, consider committing your life to Jesus, trusting in Him for your salvation and redemption.

We're here for you, standing in faith together. We understand the struggle against sexual temptation, but remember, you're not alone. In Matthew 26:41, Jesus says, "Watch and pray, that you may not enter into temptation." Let's claim that promise together.
