Technological Wisdom: Remote Job as Expatriate

Dear Father, thank you for technology. I ask for wisdom. I am a U.S. Born Citizen living outside the country and need to find out how to have phone interviews outside the U.S. happen over a U.S. number. My U.S. number does not work where I am and I can't even renew it. I tried to set it up while I was back last summer. I have GoogleMeet, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, FaceTime, Messenger and iMessage, as well as a foreign cell phone and number, but I'd figure a way to make my U.S. number ring here. I have been out of work for over a year and my wife is due before the end-of-year. Thanks in advance for a solution and a series of miracles to get hired remotely. I know software can dial over The Internet, so I need the right company. I have also looked into burner numbers but something is blocking it. Thank you in Jesus' Name.
