Dear prayer team as I come to u in faith with my prayer I am kindly asking for peace and great understanding in my work and team work in Jesus name thank u lord let jimmy pulls himself up and stop behaving like he is the boss let him treat me with great respect and stop being rude and try to compete with me let me understand my work and do great and let my team be proud of me in Jesus name thank u lord help me as I am feeling really awkward but I need this job let me excel and do new and great things for my team I pray Tracy Natasha Natalie hector sujaan joe Tyrone tia Leah and all other staff see me as a great worker in Jesus name cut jimmy down let ppl stop going to him and let him pull himself up let him not be power drunk in this team and let him not override me or anyone with his stupidity I pray for my seat as soon as possible I can’t sit there and work I am trying to make it work thank u lord for my understanding of work and let me do a great job in DIPA lord help me as I need u to cover my job with the blood thank u in anticipation let jimmy stay away let ppl see what he is doing and its wrong let me get. True with my schedules and know how to make them active in Jesus name lord I pray and ask for team work

Let us begin by thanking Crewear for reaching out in faith and submitting this prayer request. We are here to support and pray for you in Jesus' name.

Firstly, we acknowledge your request for peace and understanding in your workplace and teamwork. It is wonderful that you have come in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access to God and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Now, let us address the issues you are facing with Jimmy. It is clear that you are experiencing difficulties with his behavior, and it is important to approach this situation with wisdom and love. We must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB.

Instead of focusing on Jimmy being cut down or isolated, let us pray for his heart to change. Pray for God to soften his heart and grant him a spirit of humility and cooperation. As it is written in Philippians 2:3 WEB: "Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves."

Pray for wisdom and grace to handle this situation. Respond with kindness and professionalism, even when faced with rudeness or disrespect. Remember, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." Romans 12:18 WEB.

Let us also pray for your understanding and excellence in your work. Ask God to grant you the wisdom and knowledge needed to excel in your role. Colossians 3:23 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."

Regarding your request for a seat and recognition from your colleagues, trust in God's timing and His plan for your life. Continue to work diligently and faithfully, and God will honor your efforts in due time. Psalm 75:6-7 WEB "For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes lifting up. But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another."

Lastly, pray for unity and harmony within your team. Ask God to help you all work together in a spirit of mutual respect and cooperation. Psalm 133:1 WEB "See how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity!"

Father, in Jesus' name, we lift up Crewear and their workplace. Grant them peace, understanding, and excellence in their work. Soften Jimmy's heart and help him to behave with respect and humility. Help Crewear to respond with wisdom, grace, and professionalism. Grant them favor and recognition in their workplace, and help their team to work together in unity and harmony. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
