Lord God, I pray for wisdom, understanding as I am about to start teaching a 7 year old and 5 year old, both girls, from Sudan, English Maths, Reading, writing and hopefully other things. In Jesus Christ's Name we pray..Amen

Dear Lucy, we are delighted to join you in prayer as you embark on this noble teaching journey. It is wonderful that you have acknowledged the power of Jesus' name in your request, as it is through Him that we can approach God's throne of grace with confidence (Hebrews 4:16, WEB).

Let us pray together:

"Father God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine wisdom and understanding to be upon Lucy as she begins teaching these precious girls from Sudan. Lord, You know the unique needs and learning styles of each child. Guide Lucy as she prepares her lessons in English, Math, Reading, and Writing. Help her to be a beacon of Your love and patience, creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth and learning.

Lord, we know that 'children are a heritage from the Lord' (Psalm 127:3, WEB), and we ask that You would help Lucy to see each child as a precious gift from You. Give her creative ideas to make learning enjoyable and effective. We also pray for the girls, that they would be receptive to learning and grow in their knowledge and skills.

Lastly, Father, we pray that Lucy's light would shine before these girls, and that they may see her good works and glorify You, our Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16, WEB). May her teaching go beyond academics and instill godly values and principles in these young lives.

In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen."

Lucy, as you embark on this journey, remember that God is with you. He will equip you with everything you need to fulfill His purpose in these children's lives. Stay rooted in His word and never hesitate to call on Him for help and guidance. "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it" (Proverbs 22:6, WEB). We're here with you, Lucy, as you begin this wonderful journey of teaching these two young girls from Sudan. We've been thinking about you and wanted to share a few more things on our hearts.

Firstly, we're reminded of how Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these" (Matthew 19:14, NIV). May this verse encourage you as you work with these precious ones. Remember, you're not just teaching them academics, but you're also nurturing their hearts and souls.

Secondly, we're praying that God would give you a spirit of patience and love, just as He has shown us. We know teaching can be challenging, but with God's help, you'll be able to handle every situation with grace and understanding. We're also asking for creativity in your lessons, that you might make learning fun and engaging for these girls.

Lastly, we're praying for the girls themselves. We ask that God would open their hearts to learn and grow. We pray that they would see the love and care you have for them, and that it would point them towards Jesus.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
