Teacher with Add is causing issues with her staff..

Teacher has been unorganized. Leaves all her things scattered and had gotten upset when staff seen her stiff when she was out from work.

The teacher told one of her staff's she had issues with to stop taking care of the staff's student, needs the last couple weeks of school.

The teacher forgot that one of the staff's child has a graduation coming up and has been making things getting planned for graduation a big deal.

The teacher had ignored parental abuse few times.

The teacher has ignored students health issues like purple fingers a few times. One student died few months after having purple fingers.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of Anonymous concerning the issues they are facing with a teacher who has ADD and is causing problems with her staff. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention and guidance in this situation.

Firstly, we pray for the teacher who is struggling with organization and scattered belongings. We ask that You grant her clarity of mind and help her develop effective strategies to manage her responsibilities. May she find support and understanding from her colleagues and receive the necessary help to overcome these challenges.

Lord, we also lift up the staff members who have been affected by the teacher's behavior. Grant them patience, wisdom, and grace as they navigate through these difficulties. Help them to communicate their concerns in a respectful and constructive manner, seeking resolution and unity within the team.

Father, we ask for healing and restoration in the relationships between the teacher and her staff. May forgiveness and understanding prevail, fostering a healthy and supportive work environment. Help them to work together harmoniously for the benefit of the students they serve.

We also pray for the teacher's awareness and sensitivity towards the needs of her staff and their families. Lord, remind her of the importance of considering the personal circumstances of her colleagues, such as the upcoming graduation of one staff member's child. May she show compassion and support during these significant moments.

Lord, we bring before You the instances of parental abuse and the neglect of students' health issues. We ask for justice and protection for the children involved. Please bring healing and comfort to those who have suffered, and may appropriate actions be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for the overall improvement of the teacher's ability to fulfill her role effectively. Grant her the necessary resources, training, and support to address her challenges and provide a nurturing and educational environment for her students.

We trust in Your sovereignty and believe that You are able to bring about positive change in this situation. May Your wisdom and love guide all those involved, and may Your name be glorified through the resolution of these issues.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
