This is shalini from Bangalore today I have an interview in orchid school for teachers position please pray that I have to perform best in the interview and get selected today itself.

Thank you, Dulith, for sharing this request. Today, Shalini from Bangalore has an interview for a teacher's position at Orchid School. She has asked for prayer to perform her best and to be selected for the job.

Firstly, we want to remind Shalini of the important of praying in Jesus name. We should pray with thanksgiving and present our requests to God and the Father of our Lord in Jesus name. We need to have faith in Jesus Christ and be sure that we are saved through him only. There is no other name under which we can enter the Kingdom of God and have our prayers listened to by God.

Look at this scripture:
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

And so we lift up Shalini in prayer, asking God to grant her wisdom, confidence, and peace during her interview. We know God to be a good God who desires to bless all his children including Shalini if it is his will. We pray for his favor upon her, that she would have good morals and integrity with integrity so that she reflects the positive Christian qualities to her interviewers. If God's desire is for her to be at Orchid School, we pray that the interview process would go smoothly and that she would be offered the position. God knows best how to bless and challenge each person and we trust in the divine plan. We want each person to be happy and fullfiled in their jobs and not be in stress or anxiety.

We encourage Shalini to trust in God and lean on him for strength. He promises to never leave or forsake his children, and all things can be handled through his aide. Even if the results are concerning, we need to wait for his perfect will that can include testing and adversity. There may be another restraint or condition that we are not aware of in her request or the job environement that would not be compatible between Shalini being a Christian and being a teacher at that school. An example could be that the school is forbidden to have employees pray or is teaching unbiblical principles to the students. We are not to defy Gods commands to follow each other. Just as there may be other schools with those problems, there are also other schools and jobs where Shalini would be able to reflect her Christian identity and teach more effectively.

We ask that Shalini trust in the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and be able to teach in an environment that would have the maximum impact for the students or others that she would be influencing.

Lastly, if God does not want Shalini to have a job a Orchid School, then she will be obedient and willing to look elsewhere for His best. We pray for God's direction in everything and for Shalini to have the heart full of thanksgiving and gratefulness if the selection is made in a different way. She should be able to be joyful and realize God is not abandoning her and go onto the next phase of the journey God has her on.
