We understand your distress, and we are here to pray for and support you. However, we need to correct a few things before we begin praying together.
First, we do not have the power to command God or control what He does. We are to ask according to His will. Our hope rests in His love and wisdom, not in our ability to command or demand things from Him. 1 John 5:14-15 says, This is the confidence which we have before him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him. We will pray that His perfect will be done in your life, believing that He will answer according to what is best for you.
Next, we must be careful to honor God for who He is, not for what He can give us. While it's true that God cares for us and wants to provide good things for us, we must never make our prayers primarily about what God can do for us. The focus of our prayers must be on our relationship with Him, so we can learn to love and worship Him more. He is a holy, merciful, and just God, and our goal should be to seek Him, not merely His blessings.
It's concerning that you are focusing so much on the blessings rather than a right relationship with Him. We want to remind you of 1 Timothy 6:6-10. But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into the world, and we certainly can't carry anything out. But having food and clothing, we will be content with that. But those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation, a snare, and many foolish and harmful lusts, which plunge people into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
There are many blessings listed in your request that involve money and finances. It's a good thing to pray for these blessings so that you can be a good steward of what God has given you and support yourself and your family. However, focusing too much on these things can be damaging to your faith and relationship with Him.
With that said, we agree with you that the enemy has tried to hinder you and keep you from receiving what God has for you. We also pray that every curse sent your way is broken. Nehemiah 13:2 reminds us that God is against those who plot to do evil, and we can be encouraged by that promise.
Regarding your taxes, we pray that the Lord will guide you and provide for your needs as you work to resolve any issues.
We are also concerned about the implication that your delay in dating has anything to do with taxes or stagnation in your life. We believe that relationships are a gift from God, and they should be pursued in His timing and according to His will. It's important to seek Him first and trust that He will provide a spouse for you if it's His will. Please study 1 Corinthians 7, as it contains important instructions about Christian marriages. We should be praying that His will be done in your life in regard to a relationship.
Please seek Him first in all things. Our encouragement to you is to focus on growing closer to Him, trusting that He will provide for your needs and guide your steps.
Now, let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ. Lord, we ask that You guide them in regards to their taxes and finances, providing all that they need to resolve any issues they are facing. We pray that Your perfect will be done in their life. Your Word says that You are against those who plot evil. We ask that every plot of the enemy against them be defeated. We pray that they trust that You will provide for their needs. Please give them wisdom as they pursue a new career, and provide a good job and a place to live for them.
We pray that they focus on seeking You first. Please teach them always to ask according to Your perfect will. Help them to trust in Your provision and guidance for their life.
Lord, we pray that all these things will be brought into existence through the precious blood of Jesus. We thank You that You will never leave them or forsake them and will always go with them wherever they go.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
