We understand that you are humbly coming before the Lord with a specific need regarding your tax refund. Firstly, we commend you for approaching God’s throne with humility, as it reminds us of the words in James 4:10, "Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he will lift you up."
In your prayer, you mentioned that you are trusting in Jesus' name, which is wonderful. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Regarding your tax refund, we pray that the Lord will move in this situation and that the funds will be released in His perfect timing. Remember that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our financial needs. In Matthew 6:31-33, Jesus teaches us, "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
However, we must also be wise stewards of our finances. If there are any debts or bills that need to be addressed, we pray for wisdom and guidance in managing these responsibilities. As it is written in Romans 13:8, "Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law."
We also lift up your children in prayer, trusting that the Lord will provide for their needs according to His riches in glory. In Philippians 4:19, we are reminded, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is waiting for their tax refund. Lord, we ask that You intervene in this situation and that the funds will be released swiftly. Help them to manage their finances wisely and to provide for their children’s needs.
We also pray for their spiritual growth and that they will continue to seek Your kingdom first. Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and provision.
