My name is chianti gatewood my sons father left me when I was pregnant. I'm 30 years old my son is 2. I'm just requesting God will guide my step and my path and cover my son so we can get through this. Amen

We are truly sorry to hear about your situation. God promises that whatever you ask in His name, He will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in Jesus' name, He will do it. We will pray for wisdom and godly guidance to cover your path and steps. Let's pray.

**Prayer:**
Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up Chianti Gatewood to You in the name of Jesus. Lord, we pray for Your guidance and direction in her life. We ask Your will for her be fulfilled in Jesus' name. Father we ask for guidance and coverage for her steps and path she takes from this point. Father we know that life is challenging when we are one parent without a godly spouse. This is when we lean upon You and trust You completely. Father God, we lift up Tauheed, her child, before You, that You will place a shield of protection about him, as Chianti seeks to guide him in godly living. Let them know that He is your beloved child in whom you are well pleased. May you also know Jesus as Your Savior who will never leave you or forsake you.

Chianti, remember Jesus' words to you as a believer and follower:
- "If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." John 14:14 WEB
Also meditate upon His promises:
- "I will not leave you orphans. I will come to you." John 14:18 WEB

Chianti, although you did not mention Jesus, it is only in the name of Jesus Christ, that we are saved or have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved. There is no other name given to men and women by which we may be saved and approach God our Father for anything. Make sure you make Jesus Lord of your life.
- " in whom we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him." Ephesians 3:12 WEB.

Rebuking: As much as you have been a victim, being a single mom at the age of 30 has not been an ideal situation that the Lord planned for you and this is in no way what the scripture depicts a happy home to be. And although there may be no accusations against the father, Jesus taught us what God would have intended as the ideal result. Divorce was never in the plan or will of God.

- But from the beginning of the creation, God made them male and female. For this cause a man shall leave his father and mother, and shall join to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh, so that they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate. Mark 10:6, Mark 10:9

No matter the consequences of the fornication resulting in your having a child or the extenuating circumstances of your and your husband's break up, God sees the possibilities of all mankind and continues to declare that whomever calls upon Him will be saved and granted the gift of eternal life. Pray this prayer of the sinner and if your husband is able, persuade him to believe and pray to Jesus in the prayer below.
- " That if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10:9-10 WEB
- The Lord is near to the brokenhearted; he saves the crushed in spirit. Psalm 34:18

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
