Take the Steering Wheel!

Have you ever driven on 'mountainous switchback' with crazy hairpin turns roadways? Emphasis on mountainous. Well I have not. I am inexperienced in those type of driving courses.

Hairpin turns is a bend in a road with a very tight turn, making it necessary for drivers to negotiate a hard turn of about 180° to continue onward. As the name suggests, it resembles the shape of a hairpin.

Switchbacks are zigzag roads, for climbing (or descending) a steep hill or mountain. It also incorporates hairpin turns at each level. In many secluded areas these switchbacks are challenging if not treacherous. An inexperienced driver can be lulled by the beauty of the mountainous landscape and oblivious to the hazardous conditions that are coming. You see, many switchbacks that are found in secluded areas have unassumed roads (not publically maintained) that are not even paved. Worst of all, some areas can be subjected to mudslides, snowstorms and icy road conditions. If you couple that with no guardrails... well prayers and holding on to dear life are in order. Can you imagine?

If you resided on the other side of this mountain and invited me to visit you, I hope you would warn me of all these switchbacks and how to navigate safely around them. In fact, meet me on my side of the mountain and escort me through these crazy roadways. I would not be insulted by your meticulous instructions because I have never driven on these types of treacherous roadways. I would welcome your instructions. But don't be offended if I still pray for protection.
Better still have a skill driver take my wheel.

Brethren be careful of the proverbial switchback and hairpin turns. Things are not what they appear to be. The beautiful landscape is nothing more than sheep clothing concealing a raging beast fill with pitfalls. You have been given poor instructions to circumnavigate the obstacles on the mountains. Global leaders are lying and have a hidden agenda of power to unleash. Be alert.

While evil people and impostors will go on from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived.

They are attempting to pin us against each other... the vaxxed vs the non-vaxxed. Soon it will be about global warming. Those for will be fighting those who oppose. Remember God is Loving and does not breed hate. Jesus is your example. Stand firm with Jesus!

I'm going through a twists and turns situation now,so that's a good analogy for me!

That was actually fun for me driving on those unsafe mountain roads from the first part of your story where one wrong turn will take you to your death or maybe give you one Amazing experience with Jesus to tell your friends about.

This took me to the Roosevelt Damn in the Superstition Mountains in Arizona. Follow the 88 from Apache Junction if you would like to experience the type of driving that you were first talking about, maybe follow it by satellite. Whether we realize it or not we all live on the edge of life and death. We can either give our lives to Jesus, trust Jesus to take the wheel or just sit at home watching TV. I have always chosen to take Jesus and jump right in even if I wanted to swim in shark infested waters I just went for it.

Back to that road, the first time I drove on the road I drove slow and concerned but I kept going back and forth on it, I was looking for the Lost Dutchman Mine and I was trusting my life to Jesus along the way. Each time I drove the trail I would become more adapted to it so I could go faster and faster. Those turns you were talking about became easier and easier especially at night because you could tell enough in advance if someone else was going to be there to slow extra down for because of headlights. Keep in mind that this goes along the Salt River and the scenery and drop-offs are quite Incredible to behold that you would miss out on at night.

It's fun to imagine turning your road trip into a movie and maybe even having to drive right off the road to avoid an accident right into the Salt river in your rental car and then joking about it. Did you pay for the insurance? Wow, good thing I paid for the extra insurance! Hey, I need another rental car, you can find the other one in the Salt river, Lol.

My question is; how would you like to experience that road? On your own with Jesus or with someone experienced where you are going to be hanging onto your seat the whole time yet still with Jesus?

As far as the virus goes I look at that much the same as driving on a dangerous road. Where I'm willing to experience the unknown with Jesus in me and with me every step of the way. Some days I actually forget about the virus until I go out and see others with masks on but I still don't let it bother me.

This area is where I ran into a mountain lion in which I'll post a picture of what it looked like although mine was somewhat spotted. But imagine having a huge beast just out of the blue show up right above you looking at you like it's dinner. Me, I'm glad this happened because it proved to me that I actually have the Righteousness of Christ and it actually took worry about this virus far from me, although I did start to worry about it. Jesus does have some Incredible ways of proving Himself to us all!

Thank you for sharing Brother James. Cool picture. I also tend to forget about the virus when I'm on my hike. I was highlighting the people using the virus as an excuse to control the people. We need to be aware but without panicking. Jesus is driving.

Where are you going? Why are you driving so fast on a slow lane? Who are you going to see? So many questions comes up when you are stopped in the middle of the road. Stop and think before you leave home. Pray, ask Jesus to stay with you while on any road you are going to be in. As for me, I have taken the straight and narrow way that leads to heaven. There is no better road to take when we know that our time on earth is very short.
