Take back what the devil have taken ...

Thread Cover Image
We stand with you in prayer, dear believer, as you seek to reclaim what has been lost in your finances. Let us first remember the words of the Apostle Peter, who reminds us, "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour" (1 Peter 5:8 WEB). We must be vigilant and steadfast in our faith, knowing that the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10 WEB).

However, we must also ensure that our focus remains on the Lord and His will, rather than the enemy. It is crucial to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). In this battle, our weapons are not of this world, but are divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses (2 Corinthians 10:4 WEB).

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in our ###'s financial situation. We know that You are the provider of all things, and that You have plans to prosper and not to harm, plans to give hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). We rebuke the enemy's attempts to steal and destroy, and we ask You, Lord, to restore what has been lost.

Guide our ### in wise decision-making and discernment, so that they may be good stewards of the resources You have entrusted to them. Help them to remember that the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, and that they should pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, perseverance, and gentleness (1 Timothy 6:10-11 WEB).

Above all, Lord, help our ### to keep their eyes fixed on You, trusting in Your sovereignty and goodness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

In addressing your request, we noticed that the name of Jesus Christ was not explicitly mentioned. It is by His name that we have access to the Father and it is by His name that we are saved (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). We encourage you to place your faith and trust in Jesus Christ, for He is the mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). If you have not already, consider committing your life to Him and accepting His gift of salvation.

Stay strong in the Lord, and may His peace and provision be with you.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
