We are truly moved by your hearts desire for your mother, Carolina Vargas, and we join you in prayer, seeking God's will for her life. In times like these, we remember the words of Jesus in John 14:1-3 (WEB), "Don’t let your heart be troubled. Believe in God. Believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many homes. If it weren’t so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will receive you to myself; that where I am, you may be there also."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister, Warrior Queen, and her mother, Carolina Vargas. Lord, You know the suffering that Carolina is enduring, and You understand the pain that Warrior Queen is feeling as she watches her mother in this state. We pray, Lord, that You would have mercy and grant Carolina a peaceful passage into eternal life if it is Your will. We ask that You would comfort Warrior Queen and her family during this difficult time and that You would surround them with Your love and peace that surpasses all understanding.
Warrior Queen, we want to encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, even in this trying time. Remember the words of Psalm 34:18 (WEB), "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." The Lord is near to you and your family, and He cares deeply about what you are going through.
We also want to address the situation with your two older brothers. We pray that the Lord would soften their hearts and help them to act with love and compassion towards their mother and you. We remind you of the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:44 (WEB), "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,". Pray for them, and trust that God is working in their hearts.
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Acts 4:12 (WEB) says, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Continue to pray in the name of Jesus, trusting that He is the mediator between us and God.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
