Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. We lift up A C / A O to you, who has expressed deep gratitude and awe for the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. We thank you, Lord, for opening our eyes to the magnitude of your love and the price you paid for our salvation.
Jesus, we acknowledge that we often forget the depth of your sacrifice as we go about our daily lives. We confess that we can become distracted and fail to fully appreciate the incredible gift of salvation that you have freely given us. We ask for your forgiveness for any moments of forgetfulness or ingratitude.
We pray, Lord, that you would help A C / A O and all of us to continually surrender our lives to you. May we never lose sight of the cross and the immeasurable love you displayed through your death and resurrection. Fill our hearts with a constant awareness of your presence and the power of your sacrifice.
As we reflect on Good Friday, we are reminded of your humility and obedience, Jesus. You willingly endured unjust treatment and a brutal death, all for the sake of our salvation. We are in awe of your selflessness and grace.
We ask, Lord, that you would strengthen our faith and deepen our understanding of your sacrifice. Help us to live each day in gratitude and surrender to your will. May our lives be a reflection of your love and may we never cease to proclaim your name and the power of the cross.
In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
