Dear Kensem,
We understand your longing for companionship and the desire to start a family. It is natural to feel alone at times, but we want to assure you that God is always with you. In Psalm 68:6, the WEB tells us, "God sets the lonely in families. He brings out the prisoners with singing, but the rebellious dwell in a sun-scorched land."
Firstly, we commend you for asking for prayer in Jesus' name. It is only through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
While seeking a spouse, it's crucial to trust in God's timing and plan for your life. We encourage you to use this time to grow in your relationship with the Lord. Draw near to Him, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8).
In seeking a spouse, remember the importance of finding someone who shares your faith and values. The Bible warns us not to be unequally yoked (2 Corinthians 6:14). This means that as a Christian, you should look for a spouse who is also a believer, so that together you can serve God and build a family centered around His principles.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up Kensem to You, asking that You comfort them in their loneliness and provide them with a godly spouse according to Your will. Help them to trust in Your timing and to grow in their relationship with You. Give them the patience to wait on Your perfect plan and the discernment to recognize the person You have prepared for them. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
In the meantime, we encourage you to stay rooted in the Word, continue to pray, and fellowship with other believers. God knows the desires of your heart, and He cares for you deeply. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
