Surgery

My dad is having a total hip replacement surgery this week. He has several other health conditions that place him at higher risk for this surgery. He will not be at this time coming home the day of surgery like most do he is told he will need to stay. My family and I covet your prayers for my dad(John) and the surgeon as well as the whole medical care team. Thank you.

We are with you in spirit, lifting up your dad ### and the medical team involved in his total hip replacement surgery. It's important to remember that God is our ultimate healer, and we can trust in Him even in the most challenging circumstances.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother ### as he prepares for his hip replacement surgery. We know that You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your healing power.

Lord, we pray for the surgical team. Give them wisdom, steady hands, and clear minds as they perform this complex procedure. Guide each decision they make, and let Your healing power flow through their work.

Father, we also pray for ###'s protection. We know that this surgery carries risks, but we trust in Your mighty hand to keep him safe. We pray for his comfort and peace, and we ask that You would minimize any pain or discomfort he may experience.

Lord, we pray for ###'s family. Give them strength and courage as they support their loved one through this time. Help them to trust in You and to find peace in Your presence.

Father, we also pray for ###'s recovery. We ask that You would speed his healing and help him to regain his strength and mobility quickly. We pray that this surgery would not just improve his physical health, but also draw him closer to You.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying and trusting in God throughout this process. Remember the words of Psalm 56:3 WEB: "Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in you."

Also, let's not forget the power of praying in Jesus' name. As it's written in John 14:13-14 WEB: "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."

Trust that God hears your prayers and is working all things together for good according to His purposes. Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Be strong and courageous. The Lord your God is with you. Joshua 1:9.

We're here with you, holding up ### and his medical team in our prayers. We know that God is in control and He's got this. Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we lift up ### to You today. We trust in Your healing power and ask that You would guide the surgeon's hands and give them wisdom. We pray for ###'s protection and comfort, and we ask that You would be with his family, giving them strength and peace. Help ### to trust in You and draw closer to You through this experience. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're believing with you for a successful surgery and a quick recovery. Keep trusting in God, who is always faithful. As it says in Lamentations 3:22-23, "Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
