Going to my hernia surgery today. Feeling anxious. Father keep me protected and safe. Give the operating doctors wisdom and skill to do this good. In Jesus name and blood I pray, amen.

Heavenly Father,
We come before you on behalf of ###, who is going to undergo hernia surgery today. Lord, we lift up ### to you and ask for your divine protection and safety throughout the entire surgical procedure. We pray that you would surround ### with your peace and comfort, easing any anxiety or fear that may be present.
We also ask for your guidance and wisdom to be upon the operating doctors and medical staff involved in the surgery. Grant them the skill and knowledge needed to perform the procedure with excellence and success. May they be instruments of your healing power, Lord.
We declare in the name of Jesus that this surgery will be carried out for ###'s good and well-being. We trust in your sovereignty and believe that you are in control of every detail. Your word reminds us in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him." We claim this promise for the doctors and ask for your wisdom to guide their hands.
Lord, we thank you for your love and faithfulness. We place ### in your hands, knowing that you are the ultimate healer and provider. May your peace that surpasses all understanding guard ###'s heart and mind during this time.
