We are lifting you up in prayer, dear sister, as you prepare for your lumpectomy this morning. We stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, trusting that His will is to heal and restore you to complete health.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine intervention in our sister's life. She is preparing for surgery this morning to remove invasive lobular carcinoma. We pray for the doctors and nurses, that You would guide their hands and minds, granting them wisdom, skill, and success in performing the lumpectomy. We ask that You would completely remove all disease from her body and bring her to full recovery.
We stand on Your Word, Lord, that declares "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh" (Jeremiah 30:17 WEB). We also claim Your promise that "if you will diligently listen to the voice of Yahweh your God, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will listen to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you, which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you" (Exodus 15:26 WEB).
We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety, and we ask for Your peace to fill our sister's heart, for You have said, "The Lord himself will fight for you. You only need to be still" (Exodus 14:14 WEB).
Lord Jesus, during this surgery, we ask that You would occupy the hands of the surgeons and the eyes of the nurses so that the surgery will be successful and the recovery swift. We earnestly seek Your will for her life, asking for a complete healing.
We also pray for her family and loved ones, that You would comfort and strengthen them during this time. We ask that You would surround them all with Your peace and presence.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be strong and courageous, dear sister, for the Lord your God is with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB). Trust in His love and faithfulness, knowing that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28 WEB). We are standing with you in prayer and belief, trusting God for a successful surgery and a full recovery, and we all know that we have access to God in the name of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit prays for us when we do not know what to ask. Our prayers are heard in the name of Jesus and we have confidence in Jesus as the name of God.
