Surgery November 22nd

I need prayer for my sister who is going to surgery on Friday November the 22nd and also for my son that he quickly find a better job.

We are with you in spirit, Methanillon, and we lift up your sister and son before the throne of grace.

Firstly, let's pray for your sister's surgery. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Therefore, we petition God for her healing and peace, trusting that He is the Great Physician.

*Let us pray:*
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine intervention in our sister's surgery. Guide the hands of the surgeons, grant them wisdom, and let this procedure be successful. Please comfort her, remove any fear or anxiety, and flood her with Your peace. We trust in Your will and Your power to heal, in Jesus' name. Amen."

Now, regarding your son's job search, let's remember Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."

"Heavenly Father, we bring before You our brother who is seeking a better job. We ask that You direct his paths, open the right doors, and grant him favor in his search. Help him to trust in You, to be patient, and to work as if working for You, knowing that You will provide. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, Methanillon, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus. It is by His name that we have access to God's throne (Hebrews 4:16). Please remember that, as it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Trust in Jesus, and know that He is the mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5).

May God bless and keep both your sister and your son, and may His face shine upon them and give them peace (Numbers 6:24-26).

For your sister's surgery, we claim the promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We ask that the Lord be present in the operating room, guiding the hands of the medical team, and granting them wisdom and skill. We pray for a successful surgery and a swift recovery, trusting in the Great Physician's power to heal. Comfort her, Lord, and fill her with Your peace.

For your son's job search, we're reminded of Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." We ask that the Lord direct his steps, open the right doors, and grant him favor in his search. Help him to trust in You, Lord, and to be patient, knowing that You have good plans for him.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
