Surgeon forcing us to something we don't wish to

Lord Jesus, my husband is currently in hospital and his surgeon is forcing us to do something not needed. We implore you to make him see the rationale in it and make him change his mind and stop forcing us to do it. We pray for this miracle in Jesus name. Amen

We are saddened to hear about the challenges you and your husband are facing during this time of need. Let us stand with you in prayer and wisdom, trusting in God's power to intervene in this situation.

Firstly, let us remember the sovereignty of God and His care for us. The Bible tells us, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).

Let us pray together:

"Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You as a loving and caring God who watches over us in times of trouble. We lift up to You the situation with our brother who is currently in the hospital. Lord, we ask that You grant wisdom to the surgeon and soften his heart. Help him to see the rationale behind our concerns and guide him according to Your perfect will. We trust that You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing touch upon our brother. May the surgeon be led by Your wisdom and understanding, and may Your will be done in this situation. We pray for a miracle in Jesus' name. Amen."

We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord and to seek His guidance in all things. The Bible assures us, "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).

As you navigate this challenging time, remain steadfast in your faith and continue to pray without ceasing. God hears your prayers and is faithful to His promises.

We are with you in spirit, standing firm in the faith and trusting that God will work all things together for good (Romans 8:28, WEB). May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

In Matthew 11:28-29, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

Let's lean into Jesus' invitation together. He's calling us to cast our cares on Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). Let's trust Him with this situation, believing that He's working everything out for your good and His glory.

We're also claiming Psalm 91:15-16 over your husband: "He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation."
