My heavenly Father, you lead my heart into a therapy major, and you know how much I love to give to others. But teach me about the boundaries with people so that it doesn't drain me. Protect my heart so that I can focus on others. Let me use my talent for 100% support to know my mission is in your hand. I've been thinking a lot recently. You give me this ability to think, so please ease my mind. Whatever I have lost, you double my blessings, my Lord. Please win this battle for me, please, earn the heart for me so that I have the favor from whoever I'm gonna work with. Deal with the lossful feelings for me, my Lord, take me to the ocean, to the mountain, to nature, fill me up with hopes that come from you, fix my eyes on you, listen-only your voice, let Holy Spirit lead me. Show me that your love would always support me. Heal my brokenness, speak to me softly. Treat me like I'm your valuable daughter. Let others respect me as well, my Lord. Stop any thoughts in me that don't please you, including my people's pleasing habits. Build me up with Godly people who surround me. Encourage me and give me strength. I work for you, my dear Heavenly Father. In this season, you use all of the possible ways to say you love me so that I'll cherish myself more. In this time of healing, you build me up with every promise that comes from you, my Lord.
Love me so that I know I deserve to be loved. My Father, let people respect my boundaries, teach me how to talk to people and all of that, show me your mercy, and give my mind peace. My mind is really fragile recently, I know after this time I'll be built stronger, but my God, you surely love me to the extent that you want everything to show me your love. Make sure I go everywhere you want me to go, make sure I have enough time with my family, make sure that I don't please my family just out of old habits. Make sure that I respect myself enough to speak up for my needs, and people naturally just respect them, my Lord.

Keep teaching me and treat my mind gently, I have been exhausted recently, just want to guard my own mind. But you're my Father and you guard my heart, spirit, and soul. You love me so much and just tell me again, again and again, your promises and give me time to relax and rest. I need you so much my Lord that every minute I need to know your love.
