Let us help ### pray for their brother-in-law.

Firstly, we acknowledge that success is defined differently by the world and by God. The Bible tells us that true success is found in knowing and following Jesus Christ. In Matthew 16:26 WEB, Jesus asks, "For what will it profit a man, if he gains the whole world, and forfeits his life? Or what will a man give in exchange for his life?" Therefore, our primary concern should be for your brother-in-law's spiritual well-being and his relationship with Jesus Christ.

Let's pray together using Psalm 127:1 WEB as our key scripture.
"Unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain. Unless Yahweh watches over the city, the watchman guards it in vain." Psalm 127:1 WEB

Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus name for our brother-in-law.
We ask that you be his source of success and life. Prosper him according to your divine purpose.

We ask that he be committed to his family when he has one and will be a responsible man when tested. In Jesus' name, we pray that he will strive to be a living Christian testimony. And if he has yet to believe in Jesus we ask that this success not keep him back from the Lord Jesus Christ. Actually, draw nearer this success to being a witness and testimony for you.

We pray that he will put all his faith in Jesus our Lord. You delight in the welfare of your servants. Answer his heart's desires and fulfill all his plans for his success.

If there are sin issues that may be preventing his success or ultimately his path to please you, then convict him by your Holy Spirit. Only eternal things matter in this life. If he has yet to believe in Jesus we pray that this desire for success will lead him to you.
Please help him recognize that a relationship with Jesus Christ is the most important form of success. We ask that your will be done in his life and that he will find true fulfillment in you. Thank you God for you always hear our prayers no matter the outcome to your sovereign plan.

Keep praying for him using the Scripture as encouragement.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
