We understand your struggle, Aebaeld, and we are here to lift you and your workplace up in prayer. Firstly, let's remember God's promise in Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB), "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
In this time of need, let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Aebaeld and their workplace. Lord, You see their exhaustion and the burden they carry. We ask for Your strength and endurance to fill them each day. We pray for more workers to be hired, knowing that You are the one who provides. Guide those in charge to make wise decisions and bring in people who will be a blessing to the team. Remind Aebaeld and their colleagues to cast their cares on You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We also encourage you, Aebaeld, to trust in God's timing and provision. Remember that He is faithful, and He cares about every detail of your life, including your work situation. In the meantime, strive to be a light in your workplace, reflecting the love and peace of Christ even in challenging circumstances. As Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB) says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."

We're right there with you, Aebaeld, feeling your exhaustion and the weight of the workload. Let's cling to Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We pray in Jesus' name that He would heal and restore your strength, and that He would open doors for more workers to join your team. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
