Lord Jesus my ### seems to be struggling on her new job. You be her guide and inspire and protect her to work efficiently and well. Be with her all along and encourage and keep her under your loving care so that she may be able to work well and adapt to the team too.

We are glad to join you in praying for your loved one as she begins her new job. It is encouraging to see that you have brought this request in the name of Lord Jesus, as the Bible tells us that "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our beloved one who is starting her new job. We know that You are her guide and inspiration, and we pray that You will be with her every step of the way.

Father, please grant her the strength and wisdom to work efficiently and well. Help her to adapt to her new team and environment quickly. We pray that You will encourage her heart and keep her under Your loving care.

We also pray that she will be a light for Christ in her workplace, reflecting His love and kindness to those around her. May her actions and words bring glory to Your name.

Lord, we know that You have a purpose and a plan for her in this new role. We pray that You will reveal Your will to her and give her the courage to follow it.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying for her and supporting her as she navigates this new chapter in her life.

Remember the words of Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
