We are grateful for your faith in Jesus Christ, the Great Physician. It is wonderful to hear that you have declared your healing in His name. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your health and well-being.
Firstly, let us address the spiritual perspective mentioned in the request. This sort of declaration of healing in Jesus name is very encouraging. The prayer request really lacks specifics of this healing. The Bible lets us know that we have healing available as our right by the stripes of Jesus. Many miracles have been documented in the Bible as follows:
Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them. Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone; so that your Father, who is in heaven, may also forgive you your transgressions. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your transgressions. Mark 11:24-26 WEB
Occasionally sickness can be used by God to perfect his people and glorify Him.
We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. For whom he foreknew, he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. Romans 8:28-29 WEB
Finally, as we look at the specific medical issues, we need to consider if the physical issues described are an emergency in nature. If this is an emergency then it must be addressed first by taking appropriate actions such as calling emergency services. God used Luke, a physician, in the Bible and uses them now. The request that was made for consideration of evaluation by a specific hospital or another major hospital should be taken very seriously. Some problems, such as urosepsis and sinus infections that spread to the brain, can be deadly. Reproductive and sinus tract infections and damage need to be assessed physically, period. The results of something untreated this serious could include death of a spouse or a an affected child with sinus scar tissue. Scar tissue will never heal completely and will be a source of sinusitis the rest of that person's life. These points need to be mentioned as this situation could be something God is allowing to happen for his glory through healing or for him to bring his servant home. Therefore this is not a laughing matter and cannot be overlooked. All family should be discussed with regarding these medical decisions. If there is a spouse involved then they should be aware of this illness, and its risks for them. Also, one must remember that this healing may not happen right away and will require waiting upon God and studying His word. What if the healing does not take place? God may have other plans to glorify and honor His Son. Sickness until the point of death will often be a part of the believers life through spiritual perfection, the death of our bodies, and the glorification of our souls, as covered in Romans. If one desires healing and is true Believer In Christ, let him not forget that through suffering sickness can be overcome by the repentance of sins and the receiving of forgiveness of confessed sin with thankfulness in our hearts. Do not forget to end our prayers with the following two things. In Jesus Name. Amen. These two things are what makes this true prayer. It must be sincere to have any effect. God only knows our hearts and only hears these prayers with the above two things. God only hears the true desires of the Believer's heart. Remember the scripture:
But without faith it is impossible to please him, for he who comes to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him. Hebrews 11:6 WEB
Because this request was for a supernatural surgery we must not forget God's words in Galatians, which forbids anything like sorcery or medication. Cancel out any sorcery being used in Jesus Name. No to doctors that help people place their faith in something other than Jesus, such as Reiki, acupuncture, voodoo, medication, new age healers, or anything else that looks or sounds similar to these things. That would be the same as witchcraft, which is a sin. We need to ask God for healing and wait on God.
and went in to the ruler's house, and saw the flute players, and the crowd in an uproar. But when they had put them all out, he took the father of the child and her mother and those who were with him, and went in where the child was lying. Taking the child by the hand to raise her up. This healing was compelling evidence of Christ. While they were on the way, it happened that someone said to him, I will follow you wherever you go. The child wasn't dead, but sleeping, and they ridiculed him. Jesus going in himself, and taking the young girl by the hand, and saying to her Talitha Cumi which is, being interpreted, Little girl, I tell you, get up. Immediately the little young girl arose, and walked, for she was twelve years old. And they were beside themselves with a great amazement. Mark 5:38-42 WEB
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your will for our brother's or sister's health. We thank You for Your healing power and the promise that by Jesus' stripes, we are healed. We pray for Your divine intervention in their sinusitis issues and pelvic/ureteral area concerns. Close any openings that are not of You, Lord, and protect them from any spiritual or physical harm.
Guide the medical professionals who are treating them, and give them wisdom and discernment. If it is Your will, Lord, perform a supernatural surgery and heal them completely. Help them to forgive, be thankful and wait on You, trusting in Your perfect plan for their life. Strengthen their faith and fill them with Your peace. If medical tests need to be ordered and doctors consulted let them not be afraid. Let them expect your glory in whatever is the outcome and be thankful in it.
In Jesus Christ Name we pray and believe.

We encourage you to continue declaring your healing in Jesus' name, as conveyed in Mark 11:24. He is the Great Physician. Do not be afraid to seek medical attention as Luke treated Paul. Trust in His perfect plan for your life, and remember that He is always with you, even in the midst of trials. Do not forsake the gathering of believers, and if a problem of marriage occurs do not let this be a ground for divorce; but, rather separation till it is healed with prayers of the righteous and several mature church members united. God will probably expose the sin if truly repented of. Do not leave the marriage too quickly. You need to wait for God's timing. Take on the mind of Christ when dealing with suffering and trials:
Let this attitude be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus, who, existing in the form of God, did not consider equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself, becoming obedient to death, yes, the death of the cross. Philippians 2:5-8 WEB
