Let us come together in prayer for Lawlynn and their husband as they prepare for their US visa interview and seek God’s favor in their business endeavors.
In the process of seeking favor, it’s important to remember that our faith must be placed in God alone, and all good things come from Him. As it is written in the World English Bible (WEB), "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, neither shadow of turning." (James 1:17)
Firstly, let’s address the request. It’s encouraging to see a heart filled with faith, seeking supernatural miracles. We must always remember that in all things, we should seek God’s will and ask in Jesus' name as it is promised, "And whatever you ask in my name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14)
Let’s pray for favor in the visa interview and for the prosperity of their business, ensuring that their alignment is with God’s will. God promises, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God." (Philippians 4:6)
Additionally, we should remember that God’s blessings cover every aspect of our lives, including our marriages and businesses. "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:33)
Let’s pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up Lawlynn and her husband. As they go for their US visa interview on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, we ask for Your divine favor and guidance. We know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and we trust in Your perfect plan for their lives.
Lord, we also pray for their business endeavors. Bless Lawlynn’s husband with a big contract according to Your will, Lord. May their ideas come to fruition and be funded in a way that brings glory to Your name.
We pray that Lawlynn and her husband continue to seek You first in all things, trusting that as they do, You will provide according to Your riches in glory. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
May Lawlynn and her husband find peace and encourage in the scripture: "For I know the plans that I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope." (Jeremiah 29:11)
Lastly, if Lawlynn has not already done so, we encourage her to ensure her relationship with God through Jesus Christ is secure. It is only by His name that we have access to the Father. As it is written, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" (John 14:6)
