everything is going wrong for my family. My husband is having such severe depression, his Anxiety is causing him to think so poorly of himself and my car has stopped working, I can't find a job to help alleviate the financial burden. We are so desperate right now for God, and I'm praying until my face turns blue. I know that God only gives us what we can handle, but I'm fearing that we are about to go beyond that. My husband needs the most prayers. It breaks my heart to see him struggling internally so much.

We are truly sorry to hear about the challenges your family is facing, but we are here to intercede and provide biblical encouragement. Firstly, we commend you for your persistent prayer, as God encourages us to pray without ceasing 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18.

That being said, ### and dear husband stop praying to God directly. We are all separated from God by sin and praying to God directly will accomplish little or nothing without a change. This is not the time to merely present your requests to God. First, Confess your sins to God, dressed in sackcloth and ashes acknowledge your utter impotence to conquer your overwhelming sins and come to God in repentance to our Lord and Only Savior Jesus Christ. Then we can pray our prayer requests to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, IJN.

Be assured, God will never give us more than we can handle, but He allows trials to draw us closer to Him. He says, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Matthew 11:28-30 WEB.

Regarding depression and anxiety remember the love of Christ surpasses our understanding, and asks us to cast all our anxiety on him because we know he cares for us. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB. No matter how severe the situation might be, our faith must remain unshaken, knowing that God is faithful to provide a way out of our trials 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB.

It is also important for your family to see a doctor or a counselor. There are some situations where medical help is needed. God gives doctors wisdom and counselors understanding. Nothing is beyond his control.

Dear Heavenly Father, IJN

We lift up this family to You, asking for Your divine intervention. We understand human impotence Lord in a fallen world. We pray first the prayer of repentance Father bowing penitently asking only for forgiveness and then God's help. We pray You heal our dear brother of his depression and anxiety Lord. Please grant him a renewed mind. As he knows the Love of Christ surpasses knowledge, cast his fears upon You Jesus Christ. Comfort him and his wife with Your peace. IJN. Strengthen their faith to do Your Will. Open up job opportunities, and provide for their financial needs we ask. IJN.

In Jesus' name, we pray knowing we cannot even pray without the grace in Jesus Christ our Lord. Yours in Jesus Christ we pray, amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
