Thank you for sharing your praise and prayer request with us. We join you in thanking the Lord for the gift of a new day and the blessing of family. It is so important in this day and age to be grateful for the relationships and time we have together with loved ones. We are glad that you have acknowledged Jesus in your prayer and we know that it is only in His name that we can approach God the Father.
We stand with you in prayer for a day free from pain, stress, and worry. In Matthew 11:28-30 WEB, Jesus says, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
Jesus invites us to come to Him with our burdens, and He promises to give us rest. Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for the gift of this day and the blessing of family. We lift up our fellow believer who has requested a day free from pain, stress, and worry. We ask, Lord, that You would touch their body, mind, and spirit, bringing healing, peace, and comfort. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Remind them of Your promise to be near to the brokenhearted and to save those who are crushed in spirit. (Psalm 34:18 WEB).
We also pray for their family, Lord that you will bless their family and guard them and bind them together in unity and harmony in Jesus name. We also pray that they will be examples of love and kindness to one another, and that their home would be a place of peace and joy. We also rebuke any spirit of division, discord, or strife that would cause tension or anxiety in their home and cast that out in the name of Jesus as well. We put on the full armor of God, especially the breastplate of righteousness, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation and the sword of the spirit to guard their home in Jesus name.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to fix your eyes on Jesus and to be grateful to God in the Holy Spirit. As Christians, we have access to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ in the Holy Spirit in Heaven above. Be encouraged in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers. Keep praying and keep trusting in the Lord. He is faithful and He is at work in your life.
