Natasha, we are delighted to join you in prayer for joy, strength, and rest. It's wonderful that you are seeking God's intervention for your situation. Let's first remember that our access to God is only possible through His Son, Jesus Christ. As it is written in the WEB John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
We can also find the source of our joy in Him. In WEB John 15:11, Jesus speaks to each of us saying These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Natasha to You. We thank You that You hear our prayers because we come through the name of Your Son.
Father, we pray for joy to fill Natasha's heart. May Your joy be her strength according to Your promises in Nehemiah 8:10 WEB Do not be grieved; for the joy of Yahweh is your strength.
Lord, please help Natasha catch up on the sleep she needs. We pray for peaceful and refreshing rest for her body, soul, and spirit.
Father, we also ask for Your intervention in the weather. You are the one who commands even the winds and the waves and the sun. Though it is cloudy and dark at 3 pm where Natasha is, we pray that You would bring forth the sun, reminding us all of the light of Your presence and the promise that You are the same yesterday, today and forever.
Finally, Lord, we pray that Natasha would continue to seek You and that she would find her hope and trust in You alone. We do not want her to be like those in Jeremiah 2:13 WEB For my people have committed two evils: they have forsaken me, the spring of living waters, and dug their own cisterns that can't hold water.
Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, Your Son and our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you, Natasha, to continue to trust in God and to seek Him with all your heart. Remember that He loves you and wants the best for you. He promises that when we walk with Him and trust in Him, He will give us the desires of our hearts Psalm 37:4 WEB Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
