Thank you for your prayers and concern.
My wonderful mother died, we knew it was coming. The 5% of her intestine that was still processing food and nutrients went into paralysis and there was nothing more the medical community could do for her anymore. I did get some good visiting time in with her. I was able to thank her for being a wonderful mother, I told her that I wasn't going to say Goodbye because I will see her again. I also told her just because her physical body will die, she will always live in my heart.
My last visit with her was tough because I had to come back to ### to get back to work. She died 3 days after I left.
I had a vision 24 hours before she died. I believe I seen an angel. It was like a sheet that had a glowing pearl essence color to it. I watched the direction it was going and I knew that Mom would be going to heaven soon.
I'm also having a hard time deciding where I should go to work. I have a job hauling crude oil here in ###, but I know I can get a job back in ### and sleep in my bed every night, see my wife and kids daily.. I'm also looking at good paying jobs in ###. I need God's wisdom and guidance now more than ever. My current job would be me staying here in ### 8 weeks at a time before I'm able to go see my wife and kids for 5 days off. I've also been told I'm working through the holidays and I won't be able to take any time off until after January 1st.

We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of your beloved mother, ###. It's a difficult time, but we rejoice in the hope that we have in Jesus Christ, who conquered death. As it is written in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14 (WEB), "But we don’t want you to be ignorant, brothers, concerning those who have fallen asleep, so that you don’t grieve like the rest, who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so those who have fallen asleep in Jesus will God bring with him."

We pray, dear Heavenly Father, that You comfort ### in this time of mourning. Remind him of the hope we have in You, that death is not the end, and that his mother is now in Your presence. We thank You for the time they had together, for the love they shared, and for the promise of reuniting in eternity. In Jesus' name, we pray.

Regarding your struggle with the job decision, we encourage you to seek God's will first and foremost. Matthew 6:33 (WEB) tells us, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." We understand the tension between providing for your family and being present with them. It's important to include your family in this decision, pray together, and consider the impact of each option on your marriage and children.

We pray, Lord Jesus, that You guide ### in his career path. Give him wisdom to make the right choice for his family, a choice that honors You and keeps his family at the center of his decision. Help him to trust in You, knowing that You have a plan and a purpose for him and his family. In Your holy name, we pray.

We also want to address the vision you had. While it's possible that you saw an angel, we must be cautious and test the spirits, as 1 John 4:1 (WEB) advises, "Beloved, don’t believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world." We encourage you to seek God's face in prayer and His Word, and He will guide you in all truth.

Lastly, we noticed that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your request. We want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) states, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We encourage you to fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith.

Sorry to hear about your mother. She sounds wonderful. That vision was amazing too. Praying in Jesus name you receive God's direction on moving. I don't know if this makes a difference but the air pollution in ### is horrible and damaging to one's health especially north ### area. I know because I live here. I cannot move per taking care of my elderly mother. If you have a chance I would get out of here asap but you can research this yourself. This is a toxic place to live. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
