We understand your political sentiments, but let's remember to place our ultimate trust in God and His will. The Bible tells us, "Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God" (Romans 13:1, WEB).

While we can have our preferences and participate in the democratic process, we must also acknowledge that God's purposes prevail overall. It's crucial to pray for all leaders, regardless of our personal views, as instructed in 1 Timothy 2:1-2, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that You are sovereign over all nations and leaders. We pray for the upcoming elections in the United States and ask that Your will be done. We pray for wisdom and discernment for the voters and the leaders who will be elected.

Lord, we also lift up the immigration issues. We pray for a solution that balances compassion with security and order, remembering that we are to treat the foreigner with love and kindness (Leviticus 19:34).

Regardless of who is in office, we pray that Your people would live in peace and godliness, shining as lights in this world (Philippians 2:15). Help us to fix our hope on Your kingdom and to trust in Your plan for the nations.
