Let's keep praying for Genesis, claiming God's protection and victory. "Greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world" (1 John 4:4). Trusting God's shield and deliverance!
Let us pray kindly for you, ### regarding your request. We are all to associate with God's will for our employment and careers. Let us look at 'Colossians 3:23 "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men," (WEB)' and 'Ecclesiastes 3:13 "also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy good in all his labor, is the gift of God.' (WEB) We are called to embrace our work as a service to the Lord and to find joy in it, according to God's will. Let us aim to align our desires with His will.
We are also called to be sanctified in our desires and not be operating in covetousness or greed. Whether it is a promotion, a new job, or a change in career, we pray that your heart's desire be in conformity with God's will and not seeking after your own lusts. Let '1 John 2:16 "For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.''. (WEB) guide us to keep earthly desires in check. We are set apart for God's purposes, and our desires should reflect that. We should enjoy our work and seek to fulfill God's will in our work. We should endeavor to be sanctified and not inherently seek after our own lusts regardless of God's will.
Upon this, we pray.
Father, we come before You, lifting up our brother or sister, ###. We ask that You guide the path of ### and conform their path to Your will. We ask that through the blood of Jesus, that you the Lord will bring into existence a job best suited for ###. Let Your the Lord's will be done and decrease our desires in the process. Then, if ### pleases You and always seeks Your will, we pray that You will grant the desire of ###'s heart. We pray for a position that serves as an avenue to reveal Your love and grace to others, and that will fulfill Your will for their life. We pray for a position that sustains ###, energizes them, invigorates and excites them to '2 Corinthians 9:8 "And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work.''. (WEB) Help ### to trust in You and Your timing regardless of the outcome. We ask this only. Amen.
Of course, we also want to encourage making sure to seek God's will in fulfilling your hearts desire. The hearts desires should be aligned with God's will since we are called to be holy and look to God's will in our lives which is a daily endeavor.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
