Firstly, it's important to remember that God has a plan and a purpose for your life. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), "‘For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,’ says Yahweh, ‘thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.’"
However, we must also remember that God's timing is not always the same as ours. While you may urgently desire a new career, trust that God knows the perfect time for this change to occur. As stated in Ecclesiastes 3:1 (WEB), "For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under the sky."

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name to lift up this child of Yours who is seeking a new career. Guide them according to Your will and Your timing. Open the doors that need to be opened and close the ones that need to be closed. Give them the patience to wait on Your timing and the peace to trust in Your plan. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue to seek God's will for your life. Psalm 37:4 (WEB) tells us, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." As you delight in Him, He will place the right desires in your heart and grant them according to His will.
