I am struggling a bit with my job and being able to get everything done. They have very high expectations of me and it is causing me stress. Please give me strength and guidance to be able to do all things that they are asking and help me to get my staff to step up.

We understand your struggle at your job, ###, and we're here to support and pray with you. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always there to help and guide us, even in our earthly work. As it says in Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB), "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

However, we want to gently remind you that while it's important to strive for excellence, it's also crucial to set boundaries and manage expectations. It's not God's will for us to be constantly stressed and overwhelmed. Remember what Jesus says in Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB), "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###. We ask that You fill them with strength and wisdom to manage their workload. Guide them to prioritize their tasks and help them to communicate effectively with their superiors about what's feasible. We also pray for their staff, that they would step up and support ### as needed. Most importantly, Lord, help ### to find balance and peace, remembering that their value is not defined by their work, but by their identity in Christ. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, ###, we noticed that your request didn't mention Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it's only through His name that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" If you haven't already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. It's through Him that we find true peace and purpose.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
