Gafbyr, we stand with you in prayer as you face uncertainty in your workplace due to new management's intentions. We must first remember that God is sovereign over all aspects of our lives, including our careers. As it is written in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."

We recognize your concern, but we must also remind you to trust in God's plan. It might be that He is using this situation to redirect your path to a new opportunity that better suits His purposes for you. Remember, God is the one who provides us with the ability to work and sustain ourselves. As it is said in Deuteronomy 8:18, "But you shall remember Yahweh your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we lift up ### to you. We ask for Your divine intervention in their workplace. If it is Your will, please protect their job and soften the hearts of the new management towards them. But if You have other plans, Lord, we pray for new opportunities to open up for them. Help them to trust in You and Your timing. Guide their steps and give them the wisdom to discern Your will for their career. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

In all things, ###, remain steadfast in your faith. Trust in the Lord with all your heart (Proverbs 3:5-6), and know that He has a plan and a purpose for you. Do not lean on your own understanding, but acknowledge Him in all your ways. We encourage you to keep praying and seeking God's will in this matter, knowing that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father (John 14:6).
