We understand your urgency in seeking a new role, and we want to lift up your situation in prayer together. However, let's remember that our trust should be placed in God's timing and will, as stated in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB): "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up this child of Yours who is seeking a new role. We ask that You guide the hiring managers, recruiters, and everyone involved in this process. Lord, if it is Your will, open the right doors and let them recognize the skills and qualities that this individual brings to the table. But ultimately, Father, we ask for Your will to be done and for this individual to trust in Your timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
While it's important to be proactive in our job search, let's not forget that God has a plan and purpose for each of us, as outlined in Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB): "‘For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,’ says Yahweh, ‘thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.'"
Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep seeking God's face and trusting in Him. If you haven't already, consider praying about this situation in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to God (John 14:6). If you have any doubts about your relationship with Jesus, we would be happy to guide you through the process of accepting Him as your Savior.
