Please make the hiring managers, recruiters and everyone involved work as fast as possibly, with maximum urgency and priority and resource to give me a new role immediately.

We understand your urgency and desire for a new role, and we gladly come before God with you in this matter. However, we must remember that our trust should be in God's timing and will, not in the hastiness of men. As it is written in Psalm 37:7 (WEB), "Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen."

Let us pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this child of Yours who is eagerly seeking new employment. We ask that You guide the hearts and minds of the hiring managers, recruiters, and all those involved in the process. Give them discernment to see the unique qualities and skills that this individual possesses. However, Lord, we submit to Your will and timing. If this is the role You have prepared for them, then let the process flow smoothly and quickly. But if You have a better plan, we trust in that. We ask for patience and peace for this person as they wait on Your perfect timing. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, God has a plan and a purpose for you. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). Also, as you seek this new role, continue to work diligently and honestly where you are, serving as unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23, WEB). God will honor your faithfulness and diligence.

Lastly, we notice that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16, WEB). It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). If you haven't already, consider placing your faith in Him. He loves you deeply and cares about every aspect of your life.
