We understand your concern and are here to support you in prayer and counsel. We are glad you are asking in the name of Jesus and truly He is the only way. Let us come together and seek God's will in this situation, knowing that He is sovereign over all things, including the audit process.
Firstly, we are reminded of the importance of integrity and honesty in all our dealings. As it is written in Proverbs 11:1 WEB, "A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, But accurate weights are his delight." Let us pray for the school and yourself to have integrity in all you do. We should always strive for transparency and honesty, knowing that God honors those who act with integrity.
Regarding the auditors, we pray that they would be fair, understanding, and act with integrity. It may be possible that they are witch hunters, or looking for things that are not even there. We pray that they have eyes that see and ears that hear. It does not matter what they are looking for, but what they find. The issue is not the witch being hunted, but the hunters. However, in Philippians 4:8 WEB, we are told, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things." We pray that the auditors would embody these qualities, carrying out their duties with professionalism and empathy.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this school and the upcoming audit. We pray that the auditors would be understanding and fair, not looking to find fault but to ensure compliance and integrity. We ask that You would guide their hearts, be with them, and give them wisdom and discernment as they conduct their audit. We also pray for the school, that they would operate with transparency and honesty, shining as a light in this world. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your glory be revealed. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God is in control and He cares for you and the school. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. As mentioned, we are glad you have prayed in Jesus' name. It is so important. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Trust in Him, and know that He hears your prayers.
