We are lifting up this significant event in prayer, seeking God's will and intervention. Firstly, we want to remind everyone that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.' And in Acts 4:12, WEB: 'There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.'
We pray that ### and ###, whom you've mentioned, will come back to life. If ### and ### have not started a relationship with Jesus, we ask for God to save their souls by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. We pray for God's will to be done and we come to God in Jesus Name.
Let's remember that God is sovereign and His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. Our responsibility is to pray and trust Him, knowing that He works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28, WEB.
Unfortunately, we need to rebuke the idea that we can go to God outside of Jesus Christ, as this seems to be implied in the request. Jesus said He is the only way to the Father; there is no other way. There is no other name to pray in, no other name to worship in, and no other name of forgiveness of sin and salvation.
We encourage everyone to examine their own lives and make sure they have a personal relationship with Jesus. 2 Corinthians 13:5 WEB says, "Test your own selves, whether you are in the faith; prove your own selves. Or don't you know as to your own selves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified." Let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God, where we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. Hebrews 4:16 WEB
