social media posted a list school shooters list and my son's school was on that list. Please pray for all the schools that are targeted and pray for all of our children going to school and pray for the teachers. I am very scared and my son is too. Everyday when I drop him off and say goodbye I love you see you after school, I drive off scared not knowing if I will get to see him after school. My son's school has no security and no cops on campus. Please pray that nothing happens to any of our children's schools. Thank you. God bless you.

We understand your deep concern and fear, ###. In times like these, we turn to God's Word for comfort and guidance. Psalm 56:3 tells us, "Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in you." Let us trust in God together for the safety of our children and schools.

Firstly, we want to assure you that God is our protector. Psalm 91:9-11 says, "Because you have made the Lord your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall befall you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways."

However, we must also be wise and proactive about our children's safety. It is concerning that your son's school lacks security measures. We encourage you to engage with the school administration, other parents, and the community to discuss and petition for enhanced security measures. Proverbs 22:3 tells us, "The prudent sees danger and hides himself, but the simple go on and suffer for it."

Let us pray together:

"Father God, in Jesus' name, we come to You, lifting up all our schools, children, and teachers. We ask, Lord, that You would be a shield of protection around them. We pray against any plans of the enemy to cause harm and ask that You would expose and thwart any evil intentions. Please comfort ### and her son, and all parents and children who are feeling scared. Give them a spirit of peace and trust in You. Lord, we also ask for wisdom for our school administrators and communities, that they would take appropriate actions to ensure the safety of our children. We thank You, Lord, for Your love and protection. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). We've been praying for our children and all those in school, asking God to place His angels around them, keeping them safe from harm. We've also been praying for wisdom for our school administrators, that they would implement necessary security measures to protect our children.

We understand the worry you feel every time you drop your son off at school. It's a mother's instinct to protect her child. Let's support each other in prayer and action. Maybe we can start a group of parents to discuss and advocate for better security measures in our schools.

Let's continue to trust in God's unfailing love and protection. As Psalm 34:7 tells us, "The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them." Let's fear the Lord, trust in His love, and pray for His protection over our children.
