We are truly sorry to hear about the financial distress you're experiencing due to fraudulent activity on your checking account. We stand with you in prayer and offer the following encouragement and advice.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
In times of trouble, God encourages us to cast our burdens onto Him, as He cares for us. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB: "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." Also we are encouraged to be anxious for nothing but through prayer and supplication we are to let our requests be known to God. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We pray that the person who took your money will repent and return what was taken. It is written in Leviticus 6:1-5 WEB "Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, 'If anyone sins, and commits a trespass against Yahweh, and deals falsely with his neighbor in a matter of deposit, or of bargain, or of robbery, or has oppressed his neighbor, or has found that which was lost, and dealt falsely therein, and swearing to a lie; in any of these things that a man does, sinning therein; then it shall be, if he has sinned, and is guilty, he shall restore that which he took by robbery, or the thing which he has gotten by oppression." We ask God to convict this person of their wrongdoing and bring them to a place of repentance.
We also pray for God's provision and help in your time of need. Psalm 37:25 WEB: "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread."
Regarding the wider issue of hacking and fraud, we pray for all those affected, that they too will receive justice and the return of their funds. We ask God to thwart the plans of those who seek to defraud and steal from others. Psalm 146:9 WEB: "Yahweh preserves the foreigners. He upholds the fatherless and widow, but he turns the way of the wicked upside down."
Lastly, we strongly advise you to take practical steps to secure your account and prevent further fraudulent activity. Contact your bank immediately to report the incident, change your account details, and seek their guidance on protecting your account. Also, consider reporting this to your local law enforcement, as they may be able to assist in recovering your funds and apprehending the culprit.
Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our ### who has been wronged. We ask that You bring the person who took her money to repentance, and that the funds be returned swiftly. We pray for Your provision and help during this trying time, and that those responsible for these crimes be brought to justice. We also pray for all others who have experienced similar fraudulent activity, that they too will receive justice and the return of their funds. We ask for the God of peace to be with our ###.
