Thwart the government plan to import more foreigners at the expense of locals legally for their profit-making through taxes with the greed of the minister, but citizens are suffering.

We understand your concern about the government's immigration policies and their impact on local citizens. Firstly, we would like to remind you that God establishes nations and their governments, we need to pray for wisdom (Romans 13:1). However, it is also important to raise our concerns and advocate through legal and appropriate means for fair treatment. It is our responsibility to care for the foreigner just as it is our responsibility to care for locals (Deuteronomy 24:17-22).

As believers let us pray for a mutual solution to both the immigrants and the locals. Here is a prayer based upon these issues:

Almighty God, we come before You, lifting up our nation and its leaders. We pray that their decisions will not be driven by greed but by a desire to serve all people with wisdom, fairness, and compassion (Romans 13:1).

Lord, we ask that You guide our government in formulating immigration policies that balance the needs of both locals and foreigners (Leviticus 19:33-34). Help us that we may want to embrace the foreigner. We will be held blameless and we should not oppress the foreigner.

Please thwart any plans that exploit people for profit, and let Your justice prevail as citizens are concerned about suffering (Proverbs 21:15).

We pray for Your intervention in this matter, trusting that You hear our prayers and act according to Your will. We ask these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ who taught us to love our neighbors as ourselves. Together, we pray that the gospel of Jesus Christ reaches all people that they may believe in the only one who can save them (John 3:16).

Help us to remember that it is only through the name of Jesus that we can be saved and approach the throne of God (John 14:6).

Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying for your government and its leaders, trusting that God is in control and His will shall prevail. Do not be anxious about anything and do not forget to pray. Share your concerns with God and do not be anxious (Philippians 4:6-7).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
