My name is Mr ### and I am currently working with ### and posted in ###. Transfer season has begun in the bank, I request you to pray for me that I get retained in ### as both my parents are ailing from different illnesses and there is no one apart from me to stay with them. I have received order for transfer to ###. I have sent application for retention in ###. Please pray that the executives who will be taking decision of transfer, understand my situation and retain me in ###. And by God's miracle I get retained in ###. This I ask in Jesus name.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother ### who is currently working with ### in ###, ###. Lord, You know the desires of his heart and the needs of his family. His parents are ailing from different illnesses, and he is the only one who can care for them.

Father, we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. We pray that the executives who are making the transfer decisions will understand ###'s circumstances and have compassion on him. We ask that his application for retention in ### be favorably received and that he may continue to serve in his current location.

Lord, Your Word says in 1 John 5:14-15, "And this is the confidence that we have toward Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of Him." We stand on this promise and believe that You will make a way for ### to stay in ###.

We trust in Your perfect plan and timing, and we ask for Your peace to fill ###'s heart as he waits for the decision. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in this situation.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
