Transfer season has begun in the bank, I request you to pray for me that I get retained in ### as both my parents are ailing from different illnesses and there is no one apart from me to stay with them. I have received order for transfer to ###. I have sent application for retention in ###. Please pray that the executives who will be taking decision of transfer, understand my situation and retain me in ###. And by God's miracle I get retained in ###. This I ask in Jesus name.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother, Mr. ###, who is currently working with ### and posted in ###, ###. Lord, You know the desires of his heart and the pressing needs of his family. His parents are ailing from different illnesses, and he is the only one available to care for them.

Father, we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. We pray that the executives who are making the transfer decisions will understand Mr. ###'s circumstances and grant his request to be retained in ###. We believe in Your power to move hearts and minds, and we trust that You will work a miracle in this situation.

Your Word says in 1 John 5:14-15, "And this is the confidence that we have toward Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of Him." Lord, we ask that it be Your will for Mr. ### to remain in ### so he can care for his parents.

We place this request in Your hands, trusting in Your perfect timing and wisdom. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified through this situation.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
